Maxwell is a Managing Partner of the OENO Wine & Whisky Fund, and OENO Wine and Whisky Investment Australia, where he has been featured in The Australian Business Review, Courier Mail, and on Australian radio educating investors on how wine & whisky can deliver a non-correlated return to their portfolios. More than 20 years of experience in financial services and international capital markets. Daren has held senior roles at an Australian FMCG company focused on personalised nutrition, was the CEO and Director of a boutique broking operation and listed hedge fund covering international financial markets, financial modelling, risk management, fund administration, capital raising and investor relations. Daren holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Economics.

Keith is the current President and Founding Partner of Jump Capital Corporation, a family office and

Canadian investment firm which was incorporated in 2006, that operates on a global basis and primarily in the APAC. Keith has been providing investment banking services for over 25 years with expertise in financing, corporate structuring, due diligence and packaging services to both private and public companies.

Frank is the President and Founding Partner of Xland Ventures Ltd. based in Vancouver, Canada. Frank has been working in different industries across Asia and North America for over 30 years with expertise in project management, sales, marketing, financing and investment. Frank has experience in both the international corporate environment, start-ups & small business ventures. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Xu has been providing investment advice for Asian investors to access North America opportunities across mining, real estate, information technology and agriculture industries. Mr. Xu is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from HUST (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) in China.
